The Property
Brand new two bed one bathroom apartment. Enter
into the living / dining room with sofas, tv dvd and coffee table. To
the rear is a dining room table with four chairs. Arched entrance into
kitchen which is fully equipped with cooker, oven, fridge and washing
machine in an external utility area. The kitchen has all the utensils
required for a dinner party! Other arched way in the lounge leads to the
bedrooms and bathroom. The double bedroom has double bed with table and
lamps. There is also built in wardrobes with plenty of hangars. The
bathroom has bath, shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin with light vanity
mirror. The second bedroom has two single beds bedside table and lamps.
built in wardrobes provide ample clothes storage. There is also a patio
with garden chairs, table and parasol for alfresco dining. Additional
items include iron and ironing board. The property is cleaned and
prepped prior to your arrival and a small welcome pack is included
The development
This is a new development designed for the family
holiday market. There are two swimming pools with children's areas for
lazy days in the sun. Also for the children is a playground. There is a
supermarket onsite which sells all you need for a comfortable stay.
For the golfer in the family, there are three superb courses within 10 mins drive at Campoamor, Las Ramblas and VillaMartin. La Manga is worth the drive for the more dedicated being just 30 mins along the A7 motorway.
The Area
There are many bars and restaurants within walking
distance at the commercial centre Via Park. These include home from home
"Spud Murphys" for premium fish and chips and Madissons Sports Bar to
watch the match. Also within walking distance are two Chinese
restaurants, Ghandi's Indian and Puccini's Italian. About a 20 min walk
to the recommended Nautilus restaurant overlooking the sea at Punta
Prima.
The sandy beach at Punta Prima is a 15 minute walk from the property. Other beaches within a 10 min drive include, La Mata, Playa Flamenca and the Blue Flag Beach at La Zenia. For a lively night out, Torrevieja is about 10 mins drive away. The promenade really comes alive during the season and there is a taxi rank right outside the supermarket making access into town very easy.
Inside the apartment
The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1
double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed
located in the Lounge Area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed
linen and towels are provided for your use. The apartment has 1
bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the
apartment cool during the hot summers and warm over the winters. The apartment has television dvd. There is room for 4
in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will
find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also
find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also
provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. High chair &
travel cot available on request.

sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking,

climbing, flying, mountain biking. Three golf courses, VillaMartin,
